Many netizens were entertained by the reaction of Kapamilya stars Kathryn Bernardo and Liza Soberano upon learning about Riva Quenery's pregnancy.

Many of Riva Quenery's friends in the showbiz industry are very happy about her new journey as a mother.

In the latest vlog released by Riva on her YouTube channel, it can be seen the various reactions of her closest friends.

Among her friends whom she revealed her pregnancy were Kapamilya actresses Kathryn Bernardo and Liza Soberano.



Riva became close to Liza when they worked together on the ABS-CBN series entitled “Make It With You.” While she worked with Kathryn in "House Arr3st Of Us" which led the two to became close to each other.

Meanwhile, in the said vlog, Riva called Liza, after their greetings to each other, Riva showed the ultrasound photo of her.



At first, Liza couldn't believe it and thought her friend was just pranking her.

Liza said,

“No you’re kidding? Prank ba ‘to?. Alam mo kinakabahan talaga ako nung sinabi mo. Sabi ko, ‘Ipa-prank ba ako nito?’”



When Liza asked how many months she was pregnant now, Riva said that she was five months pregnant. 

Liza couldn't help but curse in shock. And she repeated the question as she still couldn't believe what Riva was saying to her.

In the end, Liza said that she was happy and excited for her friend.

Meanwhile, netizens were entertained that Kathryn reacted the same way. She also thought that her friend was pranking her.

Kathryn said, referring to Riva's role in "The House Arrest of Us" where her character was also pregnant,

“What?! This is a prank, guys. … Totoo? … Oh my God. … Tinotoo mo ‘yung role mo ha?” 

In the end, Kathryn also expressed her happiness for her friend.

She told her,

"Okay yan, congratulations! I can’t believe it. Akala ko ginag*g0 mo lang ako”
